The Cleveland Cavaliers fire GM Chris Grant
The Cleveland Cavaliers have fired general manager Chris Grant,
Grant was responsible for the re-hiring of Mike Brown and the drafting of Anthony Bennett . The team had high expectations this season but are currently 16-33 , five and a half games back of the eighth playoff spot in a weak Eastern Conference .
Grant's firing comes after an embarrassing loss to the Lakers who were undermanned and finished the game with only four eligible players
